HR Volunteer Extraordinaire!
Melissa is a long-time volunteer at NCSHRM. She has dedicated much of her professional years not only helping organizations grow and be successful, but also helping HR professionals find success through volunteer roles with her local chapter (HRMAG) and NCSHRM. Melissa currently serves as a District Director, and has formerly served in the roles of NCHR Review Editor and Chapter President.
