NCSHRM’s State Council Volunteer Leader of the Year Award will recognize an individual who is an outstanding contributor to NCSHRM’s statewide initiatiaves. Nominees should provide an exceptional level of support, activity, commitment and/or leadership. The recipient is considered an ideal volunteer who delivers consistent performance, brings additional resources to the State Council, enhances the ability of the State Council to carry out its goals, or increase its impact. This award is given by the State Council President.

Nominees should have performed in a volunteer leadership role with NCSHRM for the full twelve months of the nomination period as an Executive Committee member, Core Leadership Area Chair, or Chapter President.
