$28 for members; $33 for non-members; $15 for students; $10 for first time; $35 for walk up
The days of having a plain vanilla benefits package are behind us. With the tight job market and the need to be incredibly competitive for talent, it is more important than ever for employers to have a benefits package that attracts and retains the top talent they need to be successful. This “Worker Wellbeing” strategy must be compelling and meet your employees where they are (which, frankly, can be all over the place). These programs need to be holistic and bring elements that impact multiple components of life; physical, emotional and financial. We will talk about not only what the trends are in employees benefits this year and beyond, but why it is important to employees and employers.
Expected Learning Outcomes of Event:
- Trending Benefits and Technology in the Marketplace
- Successful Implementation and Communication
- Importance to HR: learn how to better attract and retain employees – critical for overall company success and engagement
- ROI and efficiencies
