Leading a Remote Workforce: Using Virtual Improv Tools & Techniques
with Claire Hanlon, Partnership Development Associate at improve it!
We're all experiencing the pain of change as we temporarily move from an in-person to a remote workforce. The focus really has shifted to how do you keep engagement levels high and spirits up? The improvisational change-masters have your back! Our corporate training workshops are improv based, high-energy, laughter filled, and interactive - we translate that same energy into this webinar and teach you how to do the same in your organizations. After an hour, you will have the tools bring back to your internal teams:
· Better communicate with a remote staff
· Collaborate while not face-to-face with team members
· Use improvisation to adapt to the changes ahead
· Connect and share best practices with each other
Empirical evidence has shown that improvisational training has the ability to improve an employee's trust, teamwork, communication, presentation skills, creative problem solving, and improve a company's overall culture. No one knows that better than Claire Hanlon - graduate from Elon University, former student of the Second City in Chicago, and proud member of ATD-Charlotte - with a background in theater, customer service, and corporate communications. Pursuing her love of comedy and connection as Partnership Development Associate at improve it! she networks, connects, and serves local leaders in the Carolinas to share the magic of improv on corporate culture.
