Merikay Hunt, M.S. Author, Business Coach & Keynote Speaker is the founder of COACH MKay Companies, LLC an organization dedicated to creating catalysts for change to impact business performance and improve quality of life. Merikay is the former president for the High Point Human Resource Association and currently a member of the Triad Business Women’s Forum and the National Society of Certified Health Care Business Executives. Merikay is featured in the book series Stepping Stones to Success with other experts including Deepak Chopra, Jack Canfield, and Dr. Denis Waitley. She has developed over 1,000 customized professional development programs in the past 20 years. Merikay’s first solo book is titled: My Year on the Inside, Creating Catalysts for Change highlights her experience working to shift a culture of 2200 employees as Director of Patient and Family Experience for a hospital in North Carolina. Merikay’s educational background includes a B.A. from UNC-Chapel Hill, M.S. from NC A&T State University in human resource counseling.
