Freelancers and independent consultants will make up 40% of the workforce in 2020 and by 2828 will be a majority. What in the past has been seen as a "between jobs" strategy has shifted with top talent in the workforce opting out of working in a traditional career and instead going on their own.   In this informative and interactive session, you'll learn about the shifts taking place in the workforce and how they can work to the advantage of organizations and professionals alike.    You'll come away with: ·       Compelling data on how the workforce and careers are changing ·       Five reasons that blending on-balance sheet and off-balance sheet talent can provide a strategic advantage ·       Ten tips on how to effectively find and manage the best independent consultants ·       A three step plan for keeping your career relevant and abreast of disruptions.
