Workforce of the Future and the Value of Humans

with Dr Cheryl Richards

Program valid for 1 PDC for SHRM and HRCI recertification!

We all have benefited from the growing impact of robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and “Big Data” on everyday life. However, while society continues to invest in automation and machine capabilities, jobs are being replaced by technology, and the headcount at many companies is dropping.

How can humans stay relevant in this fast-changing work environment?

By leveraging our unique cognitive capacities—the ones that only humans possess—, we can create new value in the workplace, where machines and technology are actually not our enemies. After all, Artificial Intelligence is still artificial and humanity will prevail us as masters of a technological world.
