The Disciplined Listening Method will provide our Members and Guests with the advantages they need to connect with their audiences, strengthen relationships, uncover new alternatives and influence agreements. The Disciplined Listening Method integrates current business research and best practices with the key components of four non-confrontational interview and interrogation techniques to instill the skills necessary for all participants to use the truth to their advantage.

About Our Speaker:
Michael Reddington is an Executive Resource, Certified Forensic Interviewer and the President of InQuasive. As Michael’s investigative and business careers evolved he discovered the cognitive processes that drive customers to commit to saying “I’ll buy it”, employees to commit to saying “I’ll do it” and suspects to commit to saying “I did it” are all nearly identical. As a result he developed the Disciplined Listening Method to provide people with the skills and perspectives they need to use the truth to their advantage.
Michael has been invited by companies, government agencies and executive groups to facilitate his programs across the United States, Canada, The United Kingdom, Ireland, Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He has led over one thousand programs and educated over ten thousand participants from over 50 countries on topics including leadership communication, sales, negotiation, customer service, and interview and interrogation techniques.

Registrations, Walk-Ins, Cancellations and No-Shows Policy: Advance registration is required for all chapter sponsored events. All members, sponsors and guests for LakeNormanHR events are responsible for registering for events prior to the event registration close date in order to guarantee an accurate headcount for logistics setup and food and beverage planning purposes. Failure to register or cancel for an event can subject the chapter to unnecessary charges and expenditures. Walk-ins will be charged a premium registration fee if space is available.
