About Our Speaker:
Susan Cosmai currently serves as the Global Process Owner, Flexible Professional Workforce at Ingersoll Rand where she leads the global effort to develop and deliver flexible programs around alternative work arrangements, independent professionals, retiree and part-time opportunities. She is a Human Resources leader with over 18 years of expertise in building organizational strategy and capability. Her broader expertise includes organizational design and team effectiveness, talent management, total rewards, operational excellence and engagement. She has experience in global industries including hospitality, telecommunications and industrial businesses. Susan previously held HR and general management roles with Motorola, Marriott and Hyatt. She holds master’s degrees in both HR and labor and employment relations from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and earned her bachelor of science degree in HR from the University of Delaware. Originally from New York, Susan presently resides in Weston, Florida with her husband and son.

All members, sponsors and guests for LakeNormanHR events are responsible for registering for events prior to the event registration close date in order to guarantee an accurate headcount for logistics setup and food and beverage planning purposes. Failure to register or cancel for an event can subject the chapter to unnecessary charges and expenditures. Walk-ins will be charged a premium registration fee if space is available.
