Executive Presence and Projecting your Personal Brand
Deleise Lindsay with Lee Hecht Harrison
How many times have you encountered or received feedback on a leader who lacks Executive Presence? We all seem to know what it is but no one has been able to truly define it beyond, “I know it when I see it”. As a result, a highly valued leader’s development & reputation suffers because a roadmap to development isn’t executed.
LHH defines Executive Presence as creating impactful moments and experiences to quickly gain and sustain credibility, influence, and trust in the eyes of others. During this interactive session, you will learn about our multi-dimensional model of Executive Presence comprised of these four elements: confidence, communication, credibility and connectivity. You will learn how a leader “shows up” through behavior, action & attitude when all four elements are present and develop a roadmap for your personal brand.
