- Driving DEI with Data – Sertrice Grice
During this program, Sertrice Shipley, Co-Owner & Chief Consulting Officer of Mattingly Solutions, will help participants to gain clarity around what should be measured and how to use data to drive your organization’s efforts. As an organizational psychologist who combines inclusion consulting with science, Sertrice will share how to use data and metrics to turn what is often considered “soft and fuzzy” DEI work into measurable constructs to show the reduction in turnover, increased workforce creativity and problem solving, and employee engagement with DEI programs. She will lead participants in sorting through key issues in DEI measurement, providing a path forward to leveraging the best practices provided into participants’ ongoing DEI work. Participants will leave the session with a clear path forward for quantifying DE&I and deciding which actions to take–not based on the latest DEI trends but based on your organization’s data. It’s time for HR professionals to learn how to take a more data-driven approach to their DEI strategy and turn “inclusalytics” insights into ACTION – gather, measure, track, and utilize data to determine, set, impact, and measure the effectiveness of your DEI strategy.
