Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via our Conference Cancellation Form.
Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee until July 15, 2021. Cancellations received from July 15, 2021, through August 31, 2021, will be refunded fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after August 31, 2021, are nonrefundable.
Attendees who do not attend the event and/or do not contact NCSHRM via written correspondence by August 31, 2021, will be responsible for the entire conference registration fee.
Receipts will be available from the system when your registration is completed.  Payment must be made by credit card.
NCSHRM Conference reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. NCSHRM Conference may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, including but not limited to: online publicity, social media, press releases websites, and emails.  To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.  A person attending a NCSHRM Conference event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to by sending an email to info@ncshrm.com of his/her intentions and include a photograph. NCSHRM Conference will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.  By participating in a NCSHRM Conference event or by failing to notify in writing, your desire to not have your photograph used by NCSHRM Conference, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify NCSHRM Conference from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
