**NCSHRM State Council Meeting Cancellation Policy: Due to the cost incurred by the state council on your behalf for meetings, food, and beverage; we ask for a 72-hour notice to the NCSHRM President, if you cannot attend. Failure to do so will result in your chapter being charged a $50.00 fee. Being good stewards of state council and chapter funds is everyone’s responsibility. Thank you for your cooperation.
