Our local chamber, Greater WS, Inc., hosted the 2023 Legislative Breakfast on Friday, February 10, 2023. Advocacy is an important focus for the local WS business community and critical to navigating the numerous economic development challenges that also impact the world of work.
Representing WSSHRM chapter members, Debi and I attended the Legislative Breakfast to learn more about the current priorities federal, state, city/county local N C elected officials are working on for 2023. Also present was Terri Cummings, V P of Talent and Workforce for Greater WS, Inc who generously serves on our WSSHRM BOD.
