On April 29, the TSHRM Global Group hosted Queenie Chan, Associate Director in Willis Towers Watson’s Global Innovation team, for a virtual discussion of “What Talent Means in the Post-Covid-19 Workplace”. Queenie facilitated an interactive discussion on her recent paper, Human Capital as an Asset: An Accounting Framework to Reset the Value of Talent in the New World of Work [eur02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com]. She introduced the 7 guiding principles to help organizations shift their thinking on how human capital is valued, shifting from profit to purpose and the workforce as an expense to the workforce as an asset.
