We welcome you to register for the NCSHRM State Conference Making Waves in HR below! We’ll be hosting the conference at the Wilmington Convention Center in Wilmington, NC, from September 20-22, 2023, for over three days of fantastic programs and events.

The “Student Rate” is an option for individuals who are actively enrolled full-time in an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate degree program at an accredited college or university, with a major in Human Resources. However, the student rate is not intended for individuals enrolled full-time in school and who are currently working in a professional human resources role in an organization. The conference provides an opportunity for students to network and learn from their future Human Resources peers. Students are not required to be members of an affiliate SHRM student chapter in order to attend the conference.
