North Carolina Society for Human Resource Management Recognizes Excellence at 2023 State Conference
The North Carolina Society for Human Resource Management (NCSHRM) proudly celebrated the outstanding achievements of HR professionals in the state during its annual State Conference this past September. These awards acknowledge the dedication and remarkable contributions made by individuals and chapters in the field of human resources. The 2023 awards included the Chapter Crown Award, Rising Star Award, Humanitarian Award, HR Professional of the Year Award, Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement Award and the NCSHRM State Council Volunteer of the Year Award.
Chapter Crown Award: Celebrating Innovation
The Chapter Crown Award is a prestigious honor given to the NCSHRM chapter that has shown exceptional innovation in its programs and initiatives. This year’s recipient has not only demonstrated excellence but has also set a new benchmark in the industry by creating and implementing groundbreaking programs.

Rising Star Award: Recognizing Emerging Talent
