Patterned after One City One Book, NC HR Professionals Read Together will serve as the launch for NCSHRM's inaugural Diversity Book Club and also celebrate Global Diversity Awareness Month. Its aim is to focus attention on Diversity and Inclusion issues and encourage HR Professionals throughout North Carolina to read the same book, discuss it, and use the information gleaned from reading and discussing the book to make their respective workplaces more diverse and inclusive. More information about One City One Book can be found here.
